FAQ

1 What is the maximum number of catalogues a school can order?
A Please contact us if you require extra catalogues but there will be a charge for these.
2 Is it just for schools and nurseries?
A No, we welcome registration from any fundraising group; Brownies, Scouts, Church Groups, Carnival Clubs, after school clubs and charities.
3 Can our supporters place orders on the web?
A Yes, by web, phone, fax or post. We just need the Organisation's Source Code as issued by ourselves.
4 Do our supporters have to pay postage?
A Yes, but our postage costs are refundable if the goods are faulty.
5 Is the postage cost included in the fundraising?
A No. Funds are calculated exclusive of VAT, postage and returns.
6 Will there be more order forms for our supporters?
A Yes. There is a ‘photocopiable’ master in your registration pack and a downloadable one on the website.
7 Who will the Fundraising cheque be payable to?
A If you decide to take funds for your good cause as a cheque it will be made payable to your Group or Organisation.
8 When will we receive our cheque or vouchers?
A Look forward to your vouchers at the end of each scheme. ie. Christmas'07 vouchers or cheques will be sent January '08.
9 Can our school make an order, pay on an invoice with fundraising code and still benefit?
A No, we can only accept cash orders within the scheme. We welcome school purchase orders, and can invoice your school but invoiced orders will not qualify to raise funds.
10 Can a supporter place more than one order from a catalogue and still benefit the fundraising scheme?
A Yes. Try to get as many orders as you can. They will all raise funds for your good cause.
11 Is there a limit to the amount I can raise through the scheme?
A No, the more your supporters spend, the more you will raise for your group or school or good cause.
