  * A sheet of labels with your unique source code
  * Suggested letter for parents/supporters
  * How to raise funds’ sheet (this one)
  * A photocopiable master Order Form
3 Stick the source code labels  on the front cover of the catalogue
  * Without the source code we cannot track the sale back to you.
4 Copy the draft letter/slip or download from here.
5 Staple the letter/slip to the catalogue and send out to your supporters/parents.
  * Remember, we take the orders, collect the money, answer all queries, give a full 30 day no-quibble money back guarantee.
  * All products are selected and tested for safety and comply with European legislation.

Try to ‘follow-up’ after sending out your catalogue. Ideas which have worked include;
  * Remind parents/supporters of your unique source code in your newsletters or at future events.
  * Place a display of your catalogue and source code near where parents pick up their children.
  * Copy additional order forms, with your source code already written on them and give out at Summer Fun Days.
